Do you build Flash websites?
No because they are not Search Engine Friendly but we can add simple Flash elements for an additional fee.
Do I have to register my website domain name?
No, we take care of that after you have given us all your details.

What do you need from me?
We need a description of what you want your website to do plus you supply the text and images you want to appear.

Don't worry, not many clients do know what they want. We will work with you to create the exact website you want.
How long will it take to create my website?
It depends on many factors but as a rough guide from start to finish approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
How will I collect my website emails?
There are 2 ways to read emails sent to your website. The first method is to have your website emails redirected to your existing email address you have with your internet provider. The second method is Webmail which is similar to Hotmail as you can login from any computer anywhere in the world.
Do your prices include VAT?
There is no VAT to pay on top of our prices. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras.
How do I change things on my website in the future?
All you have to do is contact us and we will make the changes within 48 hours. Occasional minor text updates are FREE but there is a charge for more complex changes, minimum cost of £20 for the first hour then £10 per half hour.
Why do I have to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit?
By paying a deposit we are sure you are committed to the project as much as we are.
